The stem is in two sections and would be bolted in the middle 24' high (plus sails) 5' square base.
The wheel is separate from the mechanism but the gear rotates easily enough.
Private vendor moving house, standing awaiting recommissioning for around 30 years.
The windmill is on site and can be collected via appointment from 12th March. We can arrange carriage if needs be.
