Cross Gallery newsletter of a special selection of rare paintings, Autumn 1980, with this painting as the cover picture, and a letter from the Bristol Museum & Art Gallery curator Francis Greenacre to David Cross mentioning this painting, amongst others in their collection, shortlisted for an exhibition titled 'Nicholas Pocock and Joseph Walter: Bristol's Marine Artists'. Overall good condition. Craquelure to the paint across the whole board. It has most likely been cleaned although not recently. Evidence of repainting. Kept in good condition.
