A remarkable 22ct yellow gold cylindrical jar and cover, the lid with central finial over a gently planished bowl, 9.8cm high, unmarked, 8cm diameter, unmarked, tests as 22ct, 441grams.
Provenance: Commissioned as a sugar caddy by the vendor who had a series commissioned in varying metals, this example held sugar and was used on a daily basis
This was X-Ray tested by a high-level independent jeweller.
