Fees

Bisque head doll with faint Jumeau makers mark and number '8' in red; fixed blue eyes, closed mouth, painted features, jointed composition body, wearing elaborate period style dress and bonnet trimmed with antique lace and beads, multiple petticoats, boots and stockings. Height 50cm. With stand

More Information

On left side of neck there is a hairline crack leading upwards to a more obvious crack which is partially hidden by glued down hair.
No other chips or cracks noted and no obvious professional restoration. Not viewed under ultra violet light. Not possible to remove pate as hair is securely glued. Irregular pattern of glue around hairline suggests that hair has been crudely repaired
