Reluctant Sale - Structurally sound, presents well, jointed throughout, generally in good clean condition, areas of worm flight holes which have been treated and are hardly noticeable, few bumps, marks, blemishes (mainly to the top) two patch infills, one to top, the other to lower door, light watermarks/stains, usual wear and tear. see all images online. We think it is around 1910/1920.
